Kurt Hansen (Fitness Director & Personal Trainer, ext. 110)
Kurt has over 30 years of experience in the fitness business and has held certifications from ACSM and ACE since 1987. He has been the Fitness Director and a Personal Trainer at LTC for the last 15 years and specializes in program development, strength training, core and functional outcome training specific to improve performance, posture and quality of life.

Deb Zalokar ( Personal Trainer/Group Fitness/Pilates Instructor, ext. 229)
Deb has worked in the fitness industry for 17 years. She holds certificates from ACE, AFAA, NYU, Pilates & Beyond Education Institute and others. Her programs include weight training, cardio work, yoga, pilates, prenatal exercise, marathon/running training, stability and sports specific exercises, allowing her to help a wide variety of LTC members enjoy fitness on many levels.

Janelle Dorangricchia (Personal Trainer, ext. 241)
Janelle has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Health Ecology. In addition, she is certified through ACE, completed the personal training program and internship through TMCC, and also holds a certification through Fitour for group fitness instruction. Janelle's programs are developed to fit each client's personal needs and fitness goals including muscular strengthening and resistance training, cardiovascular training and sport specific skills. She emphasizes overall wellness, leading a more enjoyable lifestyle and having fun while getting fit!

Jackie Bullock (Personal Trainer, ext. 225)
Jackie has over 20 years of experience in the fitness field. She is ACE certified, a Pilates instructor and has an extremely varied history of unusual personal training experience, having worked with a variety of clients including handicapped, pregnant, overweight and back injury patients. She is also able to develop sport specific and core to cardio programs.

Heidi Shoemaker (Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer, ext. 226)
Heidi has a degree in Nutritional Science and has been a Registered Dietitian since 1997. She believes that putting the right fuel in your body is a very important part of your overall wellness. Her passion for fitness led her to become a personal trainer through NASM in 2006. Heidi is also available for Metabolic Testing.


Ty Smith (Personal Trainer, ext. 227)
Ty has personal trainer certifications from NCSF and NSCA. He is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has over 10 years of experience in martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Judo. Ty has spent most of his life and free time surfing, running, free diving and swimming giving him a very well rounded approach to fitness. He knows that one move doesn't always work for everyone and will find the best routine for you. A love for sports and an active lifestyle coupled with the desire to help people reach their health goals helps Ty create a completely custom workout for any level.
